Piers Pener
Piers is the founder and owner of Pener KC. A licensed supervising real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri, IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®). Piers has successfully negotiated over $40 million in commercial transactions since the beginning of 2018 and currently manages over 500,000 sqft of commercial properties. Prior to organizing Pener KC, Piers was a commercial property manager and sales agent for a local Kansas City commercial real estate company helping clients purchase, lease and manage commercial properties around the greater Kansas City area. Piers also has experience working at a commercial mortgage company and received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
